Here's a Quick Story...
I built my entire architecture and concept design business (Studio 7.83) without a formal education in architecture or design... As a matter of fact, I came from a background in finance. Before 2022, I owned a small hedge fund. In 2022, I moved to Bali with my family, bought land and had saved up enough to build my house there...
One day, within 10 hours, my life changed. Our broker & exchange (FTX) (which I had also used as a Bank to store savings..) went bankrupt and I lost everything... all my savings, gone. With the little cash I had left, I could no longer even afford to hire an architect. I had a decision to make.. Evolve. I decided I was going to learn how to design and build my home.
I taught myself architectural programs, took courses and workshops, but with two babies under 2 at home, I didn't have the time to truly master any program... That's when I discovered AI.
I started experimenting with concepts for my home. Immediately I saw huge potential. I was able to test multiple concepts a day, in incredible realistic quality, and at a fraction of the time.I didn’t spend years honing technical design skills. Instead, I used AI to automate the heavy lifting, allowing me to focus on what really matters: my creative vision and building a unique brand.
I started consistently posting my vision of these nature inspired homes on instagram, and with time... people and developers reached out to me, asking me to help design new concepts. I was blown away...
In doing so, the right clients have come to me, I’ve built a pretty decent following, and I never have to reach out for work.
Within the last 2 years... together with AI, we have co-created over 100 Architecture & Design concepts for some of the most exciting projects worldwide. I've dedicated the last 2 years of my life to mastering AI tools, creating viral design concepts, and building a business that started as nothing but small side project.
